| 摘 要： | 通过对低温胁迫下芦笋抗寒生理生化指标检测分析：芦笋不同生长年限抗寒性有明显差异，其中一年生芦笋抗寒性强于二年生强于多年生芦笋．分析其抗寒机理表明：芦笋随着温度的降低，脯氨酸和可溶性糖等渗透词节物质含量明显增加，叶绿体色素含量分解缓慢．

| Abstract: | It is obviously difference of cold resistance in different growth range of Asparagus Officinlis under the low temperature stress. The result shows that :The ability to against cold of one year old Asparagous Officinlis is stronger than that of two years old, The osmotiaurn such as the content of Pro and soluble sucrosein increase obviously; but the content of chlorophyll decrease slowly. |
