Authors give a technique to design and implement a testing and examing module applications package in remote education. The module has two funcational parts,one is for stuents, and another for teachers. To get testing or examing on web, the user can chooce one of the interfaces. The subjective examination questions are judged by fuzzy matching. The module can be developed as a applications installable package, and can be integrated with other applications modules of remote education web site as a apllications installing package, by which it is easy to establish and maintain a remote education web site.
