浅析居住质量的经济性

在我国，住房商品化市场形成后取得了不少成就，也遇到了不少困难，其中因房价过高而造成的大量空置房与由于承受能力低而回落的有效需求之间的矛盾更为严重。针对这些问题，提出了增加有效供给，刺激有效需求，启动住宅消费市场，改善居住质量的措施。

Analysis on the Economical Efficiency of the Residential Quality

In China the house commercialization has obtained many achievements after its market comes into being,however numerous difficulties occur in the course of the house commercialization, in which the contradiction between the large-quantity of the empty houses caused by the overhigh price and the decrease of the effective demand caused by the lower bearing capacity is more severe. In the light of these problems, this paper puts forward some measures for increasing the effective supply, exciting the effective demand, starting the house consumer market, and improving the residential quality.
