| 摘 要： | 为充分利用融资渠道，优化教育结构，发展我国高等教育，文章分析我国高校公私属性特点的基础上，提出应正视我国盈利性的民办高校。根据融资的办法和条件，认为只有分清属性，才能分类融资；才能促进高校健康发展。
