燕麦族部分属种的叶表皮特征在分类及系统演化中的应用研究

摘    要:对禾本科(Gramineae)燕麦族(Aveneae)4属7种叶表皮细胞及表皮附属物进行了显微观察和比较研究,发现叶片远轴面的表皮结构对燕麦族属间及属下等级的分类具有很大的参考价值.其区别特征主要表现在长细胞的大小、形状、细胞壁波纹状弯曲的程度,短细胞的形态、数目和着生情况以及大毛和刺毛等表皮附属物的分布与形态特征上.并以此为依据探讨了这4个属间的亲缘演化关系.

Abstract:Examinations and studies were made on the structure of leaf epidermis of 7 species representing 4 genera,which were involved with Avena,Helictotrichon,Trisetum and Koeleria in tribe Aveneae (Gramineae) in Inner Mongolia.The results show that characteristics of constituent cells,such as the sizes and shapes of long cells,the extent of long cell wall curved,the shapes and existence ways of short cells,as well as the distributions and shapes of macro hairs and prickle hairs,possess important value for classification of Aveneae.On the other hand,it is suggested that Koeleria and Avena should be more original than Trisetum and Helictotrichon by the characteristics.Meanwhile, Avena,Trisetum and Helictotrichon have closer relationship.In view of the characteristics of both constituent cells and lemmas,it can certainly be believed that the genus Koeleria is the most original in Aveneae.
