医专生心理健康状况的调查与分析

目的了解医专生心理健康状况。方法采用SCL-90问卷对368名医专生进行调查,并将结果与全国青年组进行比较。结果(1)医专生在F2(强迫症状)、F4(抑郁)、F5(焦虑)、F6(敌对)、F7(恐怖)、F8(偏执)、F9(精神病性)等因子得分显著高于全国青年组;(2)男生与女生比较,F3和F7两项因子差异显著;(3)新生与老生比较,在F2、F3、F6、F7、F9等因子差异显著;(4)在F2、F3、F4、F、F6、F9等因子上,高职高招生得分显著高于高职单招生。(5)农村生在F3、F4、F8等因子上显著高于城镇生。结论医专生的心理健康水平在总体上低于全国青年组。并在男女生、新老生、高招生与单招生、城镇生与农村生之间存在某些症状的显著差异。

Survey and analysis of medical college students' psychological health

Objective: To find out medical college students' psychological health. Methods: Making surveys of 368 medical college students and comparing their results with those of national youth common group by SCL questionaire. Results: (l)Medical college students score much higher than national youth group on the factors of F2 (obsessive-compulsive), F4 (depression), F5 (anxiety), F6(hostility),F7(phobia anxiety ),F8(paranoid ideation) and F9(psychoticism) etc.. (2)Comparing boys with girls,we can find the two factors of F3 and F6 are obviously different. (3)Comparing freshmen with second year students, we can also find the factors of F3, F6, F7 and F9 etc. are obviously different. (4)On the factors of F2, F3, F4, F5, F7 and F9 etc., students from middle schools score much higher than those from vocational schools.(5)Students from the country score much higher than those from cities or towns on the factors of F3, F4 and F8 etc.. Conclusions: Overall medical college students' psychological health is worse than national youth group's. And of medical college students, there lie quite different symptoms among boys and girls, freshmen and second year students, students from middle schools and those from vocational schools as well as students from cities or towns and those from the country.
