摘    要:综述了国内外关于(Na0.5Bi0.5)TiO3(简称BNT)基无铅压电陶瓷材料的发展进程及研究现状,着重介绍了BNT基无铅压电陶瓷的制备工艺和掺杂改性,并对其发展趋势进行了展望.

Abstract:The developing progress and study status of(Na_(0.5)Bi_(0.5))TiO_3(abbreviated to BNT) based lead-free piezoelectric ceramics are reviewed.It is pointed out that the methods of preparation and modification of BNT based piezoelectric ceramics are being widely developed with the great interest.Finally,their development prospect of BNT-based lead-free piezoelectric ceramics is described.
