CuCl激光器脉冲激励电源的研究

摘    要:采用均衡分频的方法以降低每个氢闸流管的工作频率,使闸流管工作稳定,寿命延长,同时采取双向交替激励电路,减少放电管窗片污染,延长放电管寿命,减轻放电管阴极电晕现象,提高激光输出功率。制成体积较小、成本较低、实用可靠的CuCl激光器脉冲激励电源。

Abstract:A new electric circuit of pulse generator for CuCl vapor laser is introduced. The bslanced frequency multidivider is used to reducing the operation frequency of every hydrogen thyratron. It results that the load of thyratrons decreases. Therefore the operation stability of pulse generator and the lifetime of thyratrons increase obviously. The alternating pulse generation circuit is useful for removing cathode electrophoresis. It is also very useful for improving the uniformity of copper atomic density and excitation in whole discharge tube and reducing particle deposition on the window near the cathode.
