| 摘 要： | 广东小城镇数量不断增加,但镇区人口不多.小城镇建设水平低,集聚功能差,就业机会和商机缺乏,致使农民进城的预期收益低于其进城成本,进城动力不足,深层次原因在于制度上的缺陷.改变现行的落后制度,吸引农民进城是今后推进农村城市化的关键.

| Abstract: | The numbers of towns in Guangdong province are increasing, but the numbers of town inhabitants are small.Low construction standards of towns give rise to bad function of gathering resources and the deficiency in opportunities for employment and business,and so leads to the lack of farmers'eagerness to inhabit towns,because farmers'expected gains are smaller than the cost ifthey move in the towns.The backward systems are the essential reasons for this.Therefore,reforming the backward systems is the key to push on rural urbanization. |
