中小企业融资问题新探讨

中小企业融资问题是多年来一直为人们关注和研究的问题,一部分中小企业已经走出了融资的困境,但多数中小企业融资仍十分困难,并且呈现出新的特点。原因是多方面的,既有金融体系不完善的原因,也有中小企业内部管理机制的缺陷。本文认为可以从大型国有银行服务体系的完善、中小银行的创立、企业征信体系的建立等方面入手解决中小企业融资问题。

New discussion of small and medium-sized enterprise financing problem

The financing problem of mid-and small-scale enterprise has been much attention and research for many years,and some of businesses have been out of the financing difficult condition,but most of them are still in difficulty.And the reason that businesses present the difficulty is various,not only because of the financial system imperfection,but also the flaw of internal management mechanism og the enterprise.In my opinion,in order to solve the financing problem,we must hand out consummation of service system of the large-scale state-owned bank,establishment of the mid-and-small bank,and the sincerity system of enterprise and so on.
