| 摘 要： | 酒是传承中国上下五千年文化的一条丝线。我国先民对酒的认识，在很早以前就达到了较高的水平，并且影响到农业、医药、礼仪、政治、神灵等多方面。通过对《说文解字》酉部字的分析，可管窥我国历史悠久的酒文化。

| Abstract: | Wine is a thread which links the Chinese Culture of five thousand years. The ancestors of our country had good knowledge of wine long, long ago and extended it to agriculture, medicine, ritual, politics, gods, etc. By analyzing the structural part you（酉） in Analytical Dictionary of Chinese Characters, we can get idea of the wine culture of long history of our country. |
