聚氯乙烯分子量与性能关系研究

摘    要:测定了不同聚合度聚氯乙烯分子量和溶度参数,对其力学性能进行了研究,聚合物分子量对溶度参数不产生影响.随分子量增加,聚合物的冲击强度、断裂强度和断裂伸长率都随之增加,曲服强度下降,聚合物分子量为1.6×105时,力学性能变化出现转折点.在高分子量时,PVC呈现出热塑弹性体特征,这是由于分子构象熵增加和分子链缠结造成的.

Abstract:The molecular weight,solubility parameter and mechanical properties of poly(vinyl chloride) were determined. The experimental results showed that all of tensile strength,impact strength and elongagion at break were increased with increasing the molecular weight of PVC,but yield strength was reduced.The molecular weight of PVC existed a critical point at which the mechanical showed a giant change. Increased the molecular weight, the entropy of PVC molecular chain was increased. which was why PVC could be used an elastomer.
