| 摘 要： | 西藏高校人才培养目标的实现是一个系统工程，必须贯穿教学全过程，体现在各个教学环节和学校的各个方面。文章通过对西藏高校人才培养特性的分析，从“靠得住”的政治要求、“用得上”的质量标准、“留得下”的服务面向等方面总结了西藏高校人才培养经验，探索西藏高校人才培养途径。

| Abstract: | It is a system engineering to achieve the goal of the talent development of the colleges and universities in Tibet, which must be sustained throughout the whole teaching .process, in every teaching link and in school＇s various aspects. By analyzing the properties of the talent development in the colleges and universities in Tibet, the article sums up the experience and explores a way for the talent development in accordance to the political requirements of talents from the colleges and universities in Tibet, that is being reliable, and their quality standard, that is being useful, their service being available. |
