西藏拉萨市城市空气污染管理现状及其思考

随着西藏社会经济的不断发展，西藏拉萨市的城市化速度加快。在城市建成面积不断拓宽、人口快速增长、以私家车为主的各类机动车数量快速增长、旧城改造和新城建设工程等建设施工频繁的同时，城市环境问题，尤其是大气污染问题备受人们关注。文章分析了拉萨城市空气污染现状、管理举措及研究状况，并从高原环境的地位、当地发展战略和综合防治理论等方面进行了讨论。

Research on the Management Status of Urban Air Pollution in Lhasa

The urbanization process is remarkably high in Lhasa with rapid social economy development in Tibet. The urban environmental problems, especially air pollution have been received world＇s attention because of expanding urban area, growing population and increasing numbers of private cars, reconstructing old town and so on. The present paper analyzed the state of the air pollution, of its management strategy and of research in Lhasa, in addition, ideas of the developmental strategy and integrated air pollution control in Lhasa was discussed as well.
