| 摘 要： | 面向目的地建设的游客满意度对目的地的建设与管理具有重要作用。文章以西藏为案例，在分析旅游目的地构成要素的基础上，提炼出旅游目的地建设的主要内容，构建了游客满意度的测评指标体系，并运用模糊综合评价法对西藏游客满意度进行评价，得出游客满意度的等级序列，据此提出了西藏在建设重要的世界旅游目的地过程中提升游客满意度的策略。

| Abstract: | Tourist satisfaction on the construction of tourist tion and management of the destination. This article, destination plays an important role to the constructaking of the construction of tourist destination based on an anaIysis Tibet as an example, points out the main content of the components of it, and constructs the evaluation index system of the tourists satisfaction, and applies the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate satisfaction. The hierarchy of tourist satisfaction is obtained. Based on this, the article puts forward some strategies to improve tourist satisfaction in the process of the construction of world important tourist destination in Tibet. |
