矿用风机电机变频频率比与转速比的关系模型

摘    要:针对通风机节能预估偏大的问题,利用自主研发的矿用通风机实验平台,测定K45-4-No.9/18.5 kW型轴流主通风机电机在不同频率下的转速。应用MATLAB软件分析实验数据,得到频率比与转速比呈7次方多项式的函数,并验证了变频下限不宜低于50%的论点。结果表明,转速比与频率比为非线性关系。所得主通风机电机频率比与转速比的量化关系式,为变频通风机性能分析提供了数学模型。

Model on relationship between frequency ratio and speed ratio of mine fan motor of variable frequencies

Abstract:This paper is aimed specifically at preventing the frequent overestimation of fans energysaving potential. This prevention is accomplished by using the self-developed platform for mine-purpose fan motor experiment to test the speeds with variable frequencies at which K45-4-No. 9/18.5 kW-axial flow main fan motor runs. This study analyzes the data of experiment tests using MATLAB, produces the 7th polynomials formula, which is related with the frequency ratio and speed ratio, and concludes that the a fan motor should follow the proposed lower limit of no less than 50% for frequency conversion. Experimental results show that the nonlinear relation exits between the speed ratio and the frequency ratio. The quantitative relation formula between the main fan motor frequency ratio and the speed ratio observed in main mine-purpose fans, may serve as a mathematical model for analyzing the performance of frequency conversion fans.
