复合顶板回采巷道灾后的垮塌状态

摘    要:在阐述灾后回采巷道垮塌对安全快速救援具有重要影响的基础上,结合矿压相关理论,分析了复合顶板回采巷道在锚杆悬吊原理和组合原理下的垮塌状态,分别推导出了垮空区高度计算公式以及巷道垮塌后能够造成巷道堵塞的条件,并依据不同的复合顶板条件,从利于灾后救援的角度出发,对回采巷道支护提出了相应工程建议。当复合顶板岩层分层累积厚度较小时,宜采用锚杆+金属网联合支护;当复合顶板岩层分层累积厚度较大时,则宜采用锚杆+锚索+金属网联合支护,并兼顾利用锚杆的组合作用、锚索的悬吊作用以及金属网的挡护作用。该研究对救援过程中预判巷道垮塌对救援的影响,制定相应处理方案,以及提高巷道围岩控制质量和抗灾能力,均具有重要的参考价值。

Abstract:Following the discussion that mining gateway collapse has important influence on safe and rapid rescue,this paper analyzes the collapse shape of composite roof mining gateway under anchor bolt suspension principle and combination principle,combined with mine pressure theory,offers the height calculation formula of collapse empty area and conditions more likely to block rescue route after mining gateway collapse,and from the perspective of rescue,gives the corresponding suggestion for support of mining gateway according to different composite roof conditions.The composite roof stratum layers of minor cumulative thickness render it advisable to achieve a combined support using the combination of anchor bolt and metal net; the stratum layers of a greater cumulative thickness make it suitable to effect a combined support using the combination of anchor bolt and cable and metal net,with concurrent use of anchor bolt' combination function,and cable' s suspension function,and metal net' s block-protect function.The study is of important reference value to prejudging the influence of mining gateway collapse on rescue,drawing up disposal schemes before carrying out the rescue,improving control quality about mining gateway surrounding rocks,and upgrading the anti-disaster ability about mining gateway.
