区域式通风系统的稳定性

摘    要:针对区域式通风系统中存在的不稳定因素,从该系统特点入手,分析了区域式通风系统中由于集中运输而形成的对矿井通风系统稳定性影响较大的角联网络,提出区域式通风系统角联分支的风流方向的判别方法以及角联通风网络稳定运行的措施。同时分析了区域式通风系统中公共风阻、独立工作管网风阻和通风机能力发生改变时主要通风机联合运转的相互影响,给出应对措施。实例表明,该研究已应用于七台河某矿的系统改造中,效果良好。该研究方法对区域式通风系统的日常通风管理和通风系统改造起到重要作用。

Abstract:Aimed at addressing the unstable factors in regional ventilation system,this paper,starting from the characteristic of this system,analyzes the diagonal network which occurs as a result of centralized transportation,in regional ventilation system and exerts a greater influence on ventilation system,and proposes the method tailored for distinguishing the airflow direction in regional ventilation system and the measures for ensuring the stable operation of diagonal network.These are accompanied by the analysis of the interaction of joint operations in main ventilator when there occurs changes in the public wind resistance,wind resistance of independent network,and ventilator ability,and the introduction of the countermeasures.The practices have shown that,the method,applied to ventilation system transformation,with better results,as in one mine in Qitaihe,may aid both the routine management of regional ventilation system and the transformation of ventilation system.
