住宅全装修现状及推广探讨

住宅全装修是近年来我国政府倡导的方向,也是节能减排工作的重要组成部分。同时全装修是住宅产业走向成熟的标志之一,也是我国商品住宅发展的必由之路。住宅全装修推广不仅是政策引导、开发理念和消费理念的转变,其根本途径是发展住宅全装修产业化。本文就全装修住宅现状、存在问题及相关对策进行了研究和探讨。

Analysis on the Current Situation and Promoting Prospects of the Residence Whole-decoration

The Residence Whole-decoration,which is the recent advocating direction of China government,is the important part of energy savings and pollutant reductions.Simultaneously the Residence Whole-decoration is not only one of the maturity symbols of housing industry tendencies but also the only way to the development of our Commercial Housing.The promoting of Residence Whole-decoration relies on not only guidance of Policy Guidance,changing about ideas of development and Consumption Concept,but also on the Fundamental Way to develop the Industrialization System of Residence Whole-decoration.Based on the analysis on current situation and existing problems of the Residence Wholedecoration, this paper put forward relevant ideas about promoting Residence Whole-decoration.
