| 摘 要： | 目的:对不同方法提取猪胰岛素得率的差异进行比较.方法:以猪胰腺为材料,分别采用酸醇提取减压浓缩法(法一)、分级提取直接锌盐沉淀法(法二)和离子交换树脂法(法三)制备胰岛素,比较实验结果,得出提取胰岛素的最优方案.结果:法一制备胰岛素过程最复杂且得到的胰岛素最少,但它所使用的仪器、药剂最常见,最易得到且价格低廉;法二制备胰岛素过程较法-简单,但所用仪器和试剂较难取得,所得胰岛素产量也比较高;法三制备胰岛素步骤最简便,所提取的胰岛素量最多,但它所需试剂较难得到且价格昂贵.小白鼠注射实验表明,提取物为胰岛素.结论:一般人们多采用法一制备胰岛素,以节约成本.

| Abstract: | Objective: This paper presented the comparison of insulin production extracted from pig pancreas by different methods.Methods: Three different methods were used to extract insulin from pig pancreas in order to decide which method is most suitable for insulin extraction.Results: The first method,acid alcohol extraction reduced pressure condensation method,is the most complicated for insulin preparation with lowest yield,but instruments and reagents used in this method are very common with low cost.The second... |
