摘    要:研究了继电器银触头在动态、静态和动静交替状态下暴露于不同浓度的H2S,H2S与SO2 或Cl2等混合气体中的硫化腐蚀现象.以及在盐雾环境中触头的工作情况.得出了在不同条件下 接触电阻的变化规律,并借助扫描电镜和X光测厚技术,分析了环境因素对接触电阻的影响及其失效原因.

Abstract:This paper studies the fact that the corrosion of silver contactors in the environ- ment of various pollution concentration of H_2S and its mixture with SO_2 or Cl_2 will take place under stationary exposure, operation or salt spray condition. Observations have been carred out of the evolution of contact resistance and the surface degeneracy in various condi tions. The influence of environmental factors on contact resistance and the cause of their fail ure have been analysed by SEM and X-ray diffraction. Some significant conclusion is acheived.
