| 摘 要： | 对住宅建筑中五种常见的墙体开裂原因进行分析，并提出相应的防治办法，这五种开裂情况是：1．由于地基不均匀沉降而引起的墙体开裂；2．窗台墙中部的竖向开裂；3．阳台栏板墙的开裂；4．由温度应力引起的墙体开裂；5．女儿墙的开裂。

| Abstract: | The reasons of five kinds of wall cracks commonly encountered in residence building are analyzed,and preventive methods on its these five kinds of wall cracks are presented.these cracks are:1.crack of wall due to the groundline is not even sink;2.vertical crack of window sill wall in midfeather,3.crack of balcony curtain wall;4.crack of wall due to temperature stress;5.crack of parapet wall. |
