摘    要:由于政治,经济等大环境的变迁及各组织内人性与尊严要求日益高涨,辅之以企业高阶管理者对企业伦理的关切程序日增等条件挤压玉,当今台湾许多中大型公司期望人的“伦理气候”能够蔚成风气,成为企业发展的重要资源。本研究即探讨那些足以强化或改进组织内伦理气候的方法,提供给企业界作为塑造伦理气候时的参考。

Abstract:Under the conditions fostered by political and economic changes that have taken place around the world,and by increasing demands for equitable treatment in the workplace,company management at its highest levels has become more and more attentive to the concepts of business ethics.This in turn has resulted in a significant number of medium to large scale companies seeking to form an Ethical Climate which may ultimately determine common practice within their organization,thereby becoming a valuable resource in company development.The following study is a case by case analysis of how six companies in Taiwan are currently implementing ethical business practices within their organizations and the difficulties they face.
