摘    要:Compton scattering radiation of an X ray tube target line is widely used for matrix absorption correction in X-ray fluorescence analysis of heavy trace elements in light matrix samples,Compton scatter ing internal standard technique has been a routine method in geological samples since Reynolds recommended the method in 1963.
