葡萄籽蛋白提取工艺研究

摘    要:采用碱溶酸沉法对葡萄籽蛋白提取工艺进行了研究.结果表明:葡萄籽粉碎粒度为40目,以pH值为9的碱液,按m(料)∶V(液)=1∶10,在50℃条件下搅拌浸提45min时,蛋白质的提取最经济.

Abstract:The alkali-solution and acid-isolation extraction technics of protein from grape seed was studied in this paper.The experimental results show:the grape seed was smashed and pass through a 40 sieve;the abstract rate can amount to 62.91 percent under the condition which the extractant's pH =9,the ratio of grape seed and extractant was m∶V=1∶10,and the mixture was stirred for 45 min under 50 ℃.
