氢化—原子荧光法分析水质砷、汞、硒的实验研究

摘    要:以KBH4-NaOH为还原剂,5%盐酸溶液为载液,采用氢化—原子荧光法对水中砷、汞、硒三种元素进行测定。标准曲线的相关系数R值均大于0.999;检出限小于检测标准要求;相对标准偏差(RSD)均小于5%;标准样品验证实验结果均符合要求;加标回率在90%~100%之间;证明采用氢化—原子荧光法测定水中的砷、汞、硒具有方法简单、灵敏度好、准确度高等特点。

Abstract:Study on As, Hg, and Se by Hydride Generation-Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometric. The reducing agent is KBH4-NaOH, and the liquid is 5% HC1. The correlation coefficient of standard curves are greater than 0. 999; The detection limits are less than criterion of detections; RSD are less than 5%; The result of certified reference materials get to request; The result of Recovery of the method is 90%-100%. The method that applied for determining As, Hg, and Se in water has so many advantages, such as simple, accurate and rapid.
