摘    要:以滇池蓝藻为发酵原料,改变发酵温度,采用批量式发酵工艺进行沼气发酵实验。实验结果表明:在常温、20℃、25℃、30℃和35℃下,滇池蓝藻的发酵时间、产气量及产气潜力有明显的差异性。随发酵温度的升高,实验启动越快、发酵时间越短、产气量越高、产气潜力越高。35℃下,产气效果最好,发酵时间29d,产气潜力为255mL/g.TS、285mL/g.VS.

Abstract:This paper studies on the biogas production yield of the blue algae from Dianchi Lake at different temperature. Gas production rules of blue algae are different in room temperature, 20℃,25℃,30℃ ,35℃. Raising the fermentation tempevatuve can accelerate the experiment, shorten fermentation time, improve the gas production and increase gas potential So the highest gas generation rate of blue algae is 255mL/g · TS and 285mL/g · VS with 29 days of anaerobic digestion at 35℃.
