| 摘 要： | 采用国家标准分析法测定了贵州省赤水市龙泉原生态石斛产业实业有限公司所种植金钗石斛的营养成分。结果显示水分含量为84.45%、粗纤维含量为9.10%、蛋白质含量为0.94%、还原糖含量为1.13%、粗脂肪含量为0.12%,此外共测出12种氨基酸和8种无机元素。可以看出贵州省赤水市龙泉原生态石斛产业实业有限公司所种植金钗石斛含有丰富的蛋白质和氨基酸,并含有丰富的Ca、Mg、P等无机元素,具有较高的营养价值。

| Abstract: | We analysed the nutrients of Dendrobium nobile Lindl. which is grown in longquan original stone industry industrial Co. , Ltd in Chishui city of Guizhou province by national stand- ard analysis method. Our results show that the moisture content is 84. 45%, crude fiber concent is 9.10%,protein concent is 0. 94%,reducing sugar content is 1.13%,crude fat content is 0. 12%, there were only 12 kinds of amino acids and 8 kinds of inorganic elements. Our study indicates that Dendrobium nobile Lindl. contains rich protein,amino acids,Ca,Mg,P and other inorganic elements. |
