不同温度下芦荟皮厌氧发酵产沼气的实验研究

摘    要:为获得不同温度条件下芦荟皮厌氧发酵产沼气的潜力和特性,采用全混合批量发酵装置分别在20℃和30℃下对其进行沼气发酵实验。结果表明,在20℃时,芦荟皮发酵净产气量为952mL,TS产气率为349mL/g,VS产气率为423mL/g;在30℃时,净产气量为1 303mL,TS产气率为478mL/g,VS产气率为579mL/g,说明芦荟皮具有较好的产气潜力;30℃条件下芦荟皮的TS产气率为20℃条件下的1.37倍,TS利用率、VS利用率都比20℃条件下的高1倍以上,表明30℃更利于芦荟皮厌氧发酵产沼气。

Abstract:In order to obtain biogas production potential and production characteristics of theaYoe vera peel under different temperatures, this study took aloe vera peel as raw material and using batch fermentation device in the temperature 30℃ and 20℃ respectively. The results indicated that the net biogas production of the Aloe vera peel is 952mL at 20℃, and TS gas production rate is 349mL/g, VS gas production rate is 423mL/gl the net biogas production is 1 303mL at 30℃, and TS gas production rate is 478mL/g,VS gas production rate is 579mL/g. These results suggests that the Aloe vera peel has good biogas production potential. The TS gas production rate of Aloe vera peel at 30℃ is 1.37 times at temperature 20℃,TS utilization rate and VS utilization rate at 30℃ is more than 1 time at 20℃, indicating that the temperature 30℃ is more conducive to theAloe Vera peel anaerobic fermentation.
