| 摘 要： | 本文采用非零负变位传动设计和加长齿高来提高圆柱斜齿轮强度、降低噪声．经切齿和噪声试验证明：不必磨齿和优选材质，也不必工装投资，利用原有刀具和切齿机床，就可以满足要求，具有现实的经济效益．

| Abstract: | In this paper,a new designins technique- negative sum addendum was studied, which isused in higher strength and lower noise standards bevel gear. The gear cutting and sounding testshave Shown that without grinding gear tooth and selecting high quality steels as well as buying morespecial machine,the gear can be well satisfied by using the current cutters and cutting machines. |
