摘    要:本文分析了点啮合锥齿轮副的两已知齿面在作V/H 检验时,V 和H 的移动量与大轮齿面上的接触斑点中心沿齿长方向的移动距离s 之比,以及大、小轮齿面上的接触迹线方向,大轮相对于小轮的瞬时角加速度及大轮齿面上瞬时接触区的倾角和主轴长度相对于s 的变化率,并给出了全部用显式表达的计算公式.根据所得参数,可对Gleason 制曲线齿锥齿轮的接触特性对加工和安装误差及受载变形的敏感性作出定量的判断.

Abstract:In this paper the V/H check of point contact bevel gears is studied. The authors have derived some important factors of the V/H check,that is, the displacing rates in the V and H directions with respect to the moving distance(s~*)of the center of the contact pattern on the gear flank along the lengthwise direction,the changing rates of the directions of the con- tact point path on both the gear and pinion tooth surfaces,the angular acceleration of the gear relative to the pinion,and the inclination and the length of the instantaneous contact area with respect to s~*.All the calculating formulae are presented in explicit form.Based on the results obtained,a quantitative discrimination may be made on the sensitivity of the contact characteristics of Gleason spiral bevel and hypoid gearing with respect to the fitting error and the distortion of the gearing under the load.
