| 摘 要： | 以人为本,是中央根据新世纪新形势新任务的要求提出的一个重要执政理念,是我国经济社会长远发展的指导方针,是我们一切思考和行动的最终出发点和落脚点。高校管理应该是以人为本的科学管理,必须以调动人的积极性,做好人的思想工作为根本。

| Abstract: | Human-oriented is a kind of important governing thoughts pointed out according to the new situation in the new century, and the guiding policy of developing economy and society in China. Therefore, management in colleges and universities should be scientific on the basis of human-oriented. Arousing the enthusiasm of the students and doing the ideological work well should be the essence. |
