三峡库区消落带环境治理和生态恢复的研究现状与进展

消落带所带来的环境问题一直是人们所关注的焦点，目前对三峡库区消落带问题的治理尚处于摸索阶段．本文根据三峡库区消落带的特殊性，有针对性的探讨了三峡库区消落带的环境问题，如库区蓄水所导致的水体富营养化、近岸污染带、生物多样性减少等．并针对这一系列问题，综述了当前植被生态恢复在治理消落带问题上的应用现状，并指出三峡库区环境问题治理应该结合当地的特殊情况，跟踪土壤、水体、大气的变化规律，划分不同的功能区，构建合理的生态植被搭配模式，在当地政府和群众的关注下，制定相应的治理政策，提高全民环保意识.

Research Status and Progress of Hydro-Fluctuation Belt and Vegetation Recovering of Three Gorges Reservoir Area

The environmental issue of the hydro-fluctuation belt is concerned by many people.But the control of the hydro-fluctuation belt in the reservoir area is still at the exploratory stage.According to the particularity of hydro-fluctuation belt in the Three Gorges reservoir area,environmental problems of Three Gorges reservoir area have been discussed,such as eutrophication,pollution zone of quayside and loss of biological diversity induced by storage of reservoir.On the basis of these problems,a review of vegetation restoration’s application status in administering hydro-fluctuation belt has been made.It is pointed out that the governance of Three Gorges reservoir’s environmental problems should combine with local special cases;tracking the change rule of soils,water and air;dividing different functional areas and constructing reasonable collocation mode of vegetation restoration;formulating corresponding management policy and raising the consciousness of environmental protection under the attention of local government and people.
