| 摘 要： | 在国内外绩效考核评估理论的基础上,结合中国医院管理的现状,建立了医院绩效综合指标评价体系,构造了医院绩效评价的BP神经网络模型,最后以JC医院为例,对其绩效进行评价。仿真结果表明利用BP神经网络进行医院绩效评价具有可行性和有效性。

| Abstract: | Based on the theory of hospital performance evaluation and combined with the status of the Chinese hospital management,the performance evaluation system of community hospital is designed in the paper,and BP neural network model of hospital performance is constructed.Finally,the performance evaluation of JC hospital is simulated.The simulation results show that this method is feasible and effective to performance evaluation. |
