| 摘 要： | 对于制造型企业而言，生产系统是企业的竞争之本，因此加强对生产系统的改进是制造型企业提升企业竞争能力的重要手段．文章以某公司生产系统为例，利用Witness仿真软件对整体系统进行仿真分析，找到影响系统生产率的瓶颈环节，再通过瓶颈生产环节的仿真分析，找出根本的影响因素，提出改进的方法，并对改进后的成本节约进行了计算．

| Abstract: | For a manufacturing enterprise,the production system is the principal in the competition among the enterprises.So improving the production system is an important means to enhance enterprise’s competitive power.Taking an enterprise’s production system for example,the simulation analysis of the whole system is carried out by using the Witness simulation software;and then the bottleneck which influences the productivity of system can be found.After analyzing the bottleneck simulation results,the essential influence factors are fround out and the improving methods are put forward so as to compute the cost saving. |
