摘    要:以实验为基础,深入分析了铝合金连续点焊条件下电极烧损的基本规律和特点,揭示了连续点焊过程中表面接触情况和焊点表面成型质量的变化规律,并分析了影响电极烧损的主要因素。结果表明,电极的烧损从一开始就存在,接触不均匀所导致的局部高温熔化是造成电极烧损的主要原因。

Abstract:Based on the experiment,the characteristic of the wear of the electrode is discussed.The influence of the wear of the electrode on the surface forming quality of welds and the surface contact behavior of the electrode and the work-piece are also studied. It is found that the main factors which cause the wear of the electrode always begins from the first welds,and the local excessive heating and melting are the main reason to cause the wear of the electrode.
