摘    要:本文提出了估算加性遗传协方差阵、显性遗传协方差阵及上位性遗传协方差阵的P~*—F_1~*—F_2~*法和P~*—F_1~*法;并用加性遗传贡献率来度量由加性效应所引起的遗传变异在总的遗传变异中所占比重。最后用P~*—F_1~*法进行了实例分析。

Abstract:Based on the analysis reported in the first paper of the study, two methods are proposed to estimate additive dominance and epistatic co-variance matrixes, and a new genetic parameter Ra~2, additive genetic contribution ratio is used to measure the degree of genetic variation caused by the additive effect in the total genetic variation, thus two formulae are presented to calculate Ra~2 for the P~* and F_1~* populations separately.
