| 摘 要： | 研究了社会化协作与小农生产方式两种状态转换的机制 ,明确了交易收益等于通过交易节约的自给自足生产所需额外投入的资源 ,交易支出等于交易成本 ,建立了一个 Stackelberg对策模型 ,确定出交易成本与交易收益的临界比率 ,此比率决定了企业的决策 ,等价地反映了社会化协作与小农生产方式的状态空间及其转换条件.

| Abstract: | The article aims at the transformation mechanism between the internal and external supply in business. The transaction benefit comes from the saving of extra investment for self-production in internal supply chain. The transaction cost is introduced in the game model, which proves its equivalency to the mechanism. The ratio of the transaction cost and benefit is the indicator to determine the breakeven point for the transformation between the states of internal and external supply. An example is used to illustrate the principle. |
