| 摘 要： | 首先介绍SMS增值服务平台项目的背景和该项目涉及到的有关概念，接着设计一个由用户层，Web服务器层，数据库服务器层和应用程序服务器层构建的四层体系结构平台框架，最后给出该平台的技术实现方案和一些相关技术细节的描述。
