热型连铸工艺凝固过程的数值模拟

摘    要:采用直接差分的方法对热型连铸工艺凝固过程的稳定温度场进行了模拟,绘制了热型连铸工艺凝固过程的温度曲线,分析了铸型出口温度、冷却条件、连铸速度和型内金属液温度对凝固温度曲线的影响.铸型出口温度、冷却条件、连铸速度依次为影响液固界面的主要因素,型内金属液温度对液固界面的影响很小.

Abstract:The temperature field of the solidification process of continuous casting with hot mould was simulated by direct difference principle and solidification temperature profile was plotted. The effect of exit temperature of mold, cooling condition, casting speed, and melten temperature within mold on the solidification temperature profile was analysed. Exit temperature of mold, the cooling condition, the casting speed are main influencing factors according to priority. The cooling condition has little effect on temperature profile.
