使用Microsoft VS.net 2003 作为开发工具,以.net智能客户端为前端,Web Service为数据中间层,SQL Server 2000为后端数据库设计桂林市重点项目管理系统.该系统有数据录入、数据查询、项目审核、报表、系统管理、系统智能升级、离线操作等模块,具有开放式结构,良好的移植性.该系统在桂林市政府相关职能部门实际运行一段时间以来,能满足各级政府对项目管理的需要,实现了项目资料管理的规范化、科学化,极大地提高了政府工作效率与协作办公能力.

Design and Implementation of Guilin Key Construction Project Management System

Using the Microsoft VS. net 2003 as development tool, with the net intelligent chent terminal for head, the Web Service for the data middle layer, the SQL Server 2000 for tail database, we designed a key project management system of Guilin. This system processes modulars of data record, data view, project approval, statements and reports, system management, system intelligent raise, off-line processing. It has the open type structure and good transplantation. After a period of practice in Guilin municipal government,it can satisfy with the demands of all levels government on the project management. It carries out the project management normalization and scientifization,greatly raises the government work efficiency and cooperation to transact an office ability.
