摘    要:由于马钱子碱和硝酸反应后生成的产物具有电化学活性,因此,可以微分脉冲极谱法对马钱子碱进行测定.选择了马钱子碱氧化的最佳条件,并用循环伏安法研究了其氧化产物的电化学行为.微分脉冲极谱法的方法灵敏度高,可用于测定植物样品中马钱子碱的含量.

Abstract:The application of differential pulse polarography to brucine reaction product, having electroanalytical activity, with HNO_3 has been reported in this paper. The optimum conditions for the determination of brucine are found. By means of cyclicovoltammetry the electrochemical behavior of brucine on the electrode has been studied. This method has high sensitivity, and may be applied to determine the quantity of brucine in plant sample.
