摘    要:分别在聚酰亚胺和醋酸纤维素气体分离膜材料中添加金属有机络合物,研究了不同添加剂用量对分子链间距(或晶面间距)、膜密度及气体分离性能的影响。广角X射线衍射和膜密度的测定结果表明,随着添加剂用量的增加,聚合物材料的自由体积增大,膜的透气系数也相应提高。但聚酰亚胺复合膜中添加剂用量达到2.0%后,自由体积和透气系数趋于稳定。两种膜材料在透气系数提高的同时,透气选择性变化不大。

Abstract:Metal organic complex was added into the membrane material of polyimide and cellulose acetate. The effects of dosage of additive on the membrane density, space of molecular chain and the gas separation performance of membrane were investigated. The results of wide angle X-ray diffraction and membrane density show that the free volume of polymer increases along with the increase of additive content, and the permeability coefficient of membrane is enhanced accordingly. But the free volume of polymer and the gas seParation performance of polyimide membrane can not increase any more when the additive content reaches 2.0%. The permeability coefficients of the two kinds of membrane materials increase while the separation factors vary slightly.
