摘    要:许多工程结构当中,经常出现大量异种材料的焊接情形,材料的力学性能对结构有重要影响。应用不同的焊接工艺对紫铜(T2)和奥氏体不锈钢(1Cr18Ni9Ti)进行焊接,并对焊接接头的力学性能进行研究。结果表明,采用过渡层方法接头的力学性能较好,而采用T107焊条,其接头的塑性、韧性比采用过渡层时低。

Abstract:In many engineering structure, welding problems on larger numbers of dissimilar materials often occur, and mechanics properties for the influence of structure are extremely important. Different welding technics are utilized to weld between pure copper (T2) and austenitic stainless steel (1Cr18Ni9Ti) in this paper, and mechanics properties of welded joints are studied. Mechanics properties of welded joints measured is better for the buttering method. Moreover, the plasticity and toughness of welded joints by application of welding rod T107 are lower than those of the buttering method.
