下钻作业安全监控系统的设计

摘    要:设计了以PLC为控制核心的下钻作业安全监控系统,简介了该系统的工作原理,硬件设计和软件设计.给出了试验原理、建立了下钻作业数学仿真模型以及在正常和非正常状况下的仿真试验速度曲线分析,试验结果表明该监控系统设计合理,符合设计要求.

Abstract:A PLC -based safety monitoring system in trip- in operation is designed in the paper. Control fundamentals, hardware design and software design of this system are also introduced. Experiment principle, the mathematical model of trip - in operation and simulation analysis of velocity curses under normal and abnormal condition are also given. The results show the safety monitoring system is reasonable, attaining the desired requirements.
