金属氧化物负载纳米贵金属催化剂上的常温CO氧化性能研究

摘    要:用XRD、BET和H2-TPR等表征手段对不同方法制备的系列金属氧化物负载纳米贵金属催化剂2%Au/ZnO-Fe2O3和2%Au-Pt/ZnO进行了研究,在常温常湿条件下考察了它们的CO氧化反应性能。结果表明,随着双金属氧化物载体组成的变化,2%Au/ZnO-Fe2O3催化剂的晶相结构、比表面积及氧化还原性质有明显差别,并且对常温常湿CO氧化的稳定性有较大影响;第二组分贵金属Pt的添加促进了2%Au-Pt/ZnO催化剂中类碳酸盐物种的累积和纳米金粒子的聚集,从而引起CO氧化反应稳定性降低。

Abstract:A series of metal oxide supported nano-precious metal catalysts 2%Au/ZnO-Fe2O3 and 2%Au-Pt/ZnO were prepared by different methods.The characterization of the catalysts was carried out by XRD,BET and H2-TPR measurements and the catalytic performance of CO oxidation was investigated at ambient temperature and moisture.The results showed that the variety of Zn/Fe ratio of double metal oxide supports has great influence on the structure,specific surface area and redox property of the 2%Au/ZnO-Fe2O3 catalysts,hence changing the stability of catalysts for CO oxidation.The addition of platinum species into gold-base catalyst promoted the accumulation of carbonate-like species and the sintering of nano-gold particles,thus causing the decrease of the stability for CO oxidation at ambient temperature.
