摘    要:针对传统超螺旋滑模观测器(super twisting sliding mode observer,STSMO)转速估计策略中存在的高频抖振和鲁棒性差等问题,提出一种改进模糊超螺旋滑模观测器的永磁同步电机转速观测方法。首先,运用归一化前馈锁相环提取转子位置和转速,避免系统在转速斜坡给定时出现观测误差累积现象。其次,将超螺旋滑模观测器与模糊控制器相结合,引入模糊规则对滑模增益进行在线整定,提高系统观测精度及鲁棒性,抑制高频抖振。最后,通过Matlab/Simulink仿真软件对所提策略进行验证,仿真结果表明:相较于传统超螺旋滑模观测器,所提出的改进模糊超螺旋滑模观测器策略下系统整体观测精度高,抖振现象得到抑制。当受到外部负载扰动或内部参数摄动时,系统鲁棒性强。

Abstract:Aiming at the problems of the high frequency chattering and poor robustness in the speed estimation strategy of the traditional super twisting sliding mode observer(STSMO), an improved fuzzy super twisting sliding mode observer for speed observation of permanent magnet synchronous motor is proposed. Firstly, a normalized feedforward phase-locked loop is used to extract the rotor position and speed to avoid the accumulation of observation errors when the given speed is ramp. Secondly, the super twisting sliding mode observer and fuzzy controller are combined, and the fuzzy rules are introduced to adjust the sliding mode gain online, so as to improve the observation accuracy and robustness of the system and suppress the high frequency chattering. Finally, Matlab/Simulink simulation software is used to verify the proposed strategy, the simulation results show that compared with the traditional super twisting sliding mode observer, the improved fuzzy super twisting sliding mode observer has higher observation accuracy and chattering phenomenon is suppressed. When subjected to external load disturbance or internal parameter perturbation, the system has strong robustness.
