摘    要:为研究水库洪水调度情况下的超蓄淹没风险,以韩江高陂水利枢纽为研究对象,基于二维浅水波方程和Villemonte堰流公式构建了库区超蓄淹没模型,模型合理可靠。考虑实际来水和调度方案的不确定性,模型中引入来水、调度方案等动态因子,实现了高陂水利枢纽超蓄淹没风险动态分析模型,并基于三维实景建模技术,实现了任意来水、调度方案下的超蓄淹没三维可视化模拟展示。研究成果可为高陂库区超蓄淹没风险预警预报、水库调度运行、避洪转移、防洪措施制定完善等工作提供决策支撑,也可为其它水库提供借鉴作用。

Abstract:In order to study the risk of over-impoundment under the condition of flood control of the reservoir, taking Gaobei hydro-junction project of Hanjiang River as the research object, an over-impoundment model of reservoir area based on 2-D shallow water equations and Villemonte formula was established. The model is reasonable and reliable. Considering the uncertainty of actual water inflow and dispatching scheme, the dynamic factors such as inflow and dispatching scheme were introduced into the model to realize the dynamic analysis model of over-impoundment inundation risk of Gaobei hydro-junction, and the simulation of over-impoundment and three-dimensional(3D) visual display under any inflow and dispatch schemes based on 3D real scene modeling technology were realized. The research results can provide decision-making support for the early warning and forecasting of the risk of over-impoundment inundation, reservoir operation, flood avoidance and transfer, and the formulation and improvement of flood control measures in Gaobei reservoir area. It can also provide reference for other reservoirs.
