| 摘 要： | 电阻焊点焊机主要用于汽车制造等方面.它的工作离不开控制器,控制器的核心部件是单片机系统,其软件使控制器各种功能得以充分发挥作用.控制器控制气阀开闭时间、焊接脉冲时间和焊接电流及恒流智能控制等,同时还具有监控报警功能.用控制可控硅导通角来控制焊接电流的输出.本文将介绍这种新型电阻焊机控制器的软件组成及功能. |

| Abstract: | Resistance spot welding machine is mainly used in the manufacture of the automobile. Its work can not get away from the controller. The core parts of the controller are the single-chip computer system. Its software made it work well. The controller dominates the opening and shutting time, welding pulse period, spot welding electric current, and the intelligence control of spot welding constant current. In addition, the controller has the function of monitoring and alarming. Controlling the conduct angle of the silicon symmetric switch controls the output of the electric current for spot welding. This paper introduces the function and the software constitution of the new type of resistance spot welding controller. |
