| 摘 要： | 在对商业活动中志愿者权益保护方面，我国的相关法律未能适应志愿服务的发展，存在现有法律体系不完善、志愿者服务组织的性质及法律地位不明确、法律监督不完备、缺乏法律救济途径等问题，需从进行全国性的统一立法、设立专门的保障基金、完善监管机制三个方面对与商业活动中志愿者权益相关的专门性法律法规进行完善。
